Our signature. Two thin patties of 21-day dry-aged chuck, smashed on a 260°C plancha so the edges lace and caramelise, then stacked with aged cheddar that melts into every ridge. Finished with house dill pickles and the smoky-sweet ember sauce we have been tuning since the food truck.
